WangShen007 20fef2b9f3 chore: settle product naming across app, widget and deployments
One word everywhere: ReplyPier in UI copy, package and image names, the
replypier.site domains (app/api/docs/help), REPLYPIER_* settings and the
--rp-* design tokens.

- public widget API is window.ReplyPier with replypierId / replypierBaseUrl /
  replypierConfig / replypierToken, loader at webclient/replypier.min.js;
  both bundles rebuilt from source
- NOTICE, llms.txt, CONTRIBUTING, HELP_CENTER_INFRA and the demo runtime
config rewritten; the demo config ships no third-party keys
- migration adds the ReplyPier managed model value to the AI model enum
- local compose project, database, role, volume and Docker network carry the
  same name

# agno reports every agent run to api.agno.com unless told not to, and it
# awaits that call inside the run (60s client timeout). When the call is slow
# the run outlives AGENT_RUN_TIMEOUT and the visitor gets an apology instead of
# an answer - for a report nobody here reads, sent from every install.
#
# Off by default (settings.AGNO_TELEMETRY / AGNO_MONITOR, from the environment
# or backend/.env). agno reads these variables before each run report, so
# setting them once per process covers every agent, wherever it is built. With
# both off, AGNO_API_ENABLED=false also stops agno's other calls to its API
# (session logging, playground, evals), which ReplyPier never uses.
#
# Environment variables rather than Agent(telemetry=False) because agents are
# built in many places (chat, transfer, tickets, FAQs, summaries, help center)
# and in separate worker processes - app/__init__.py calls apply() first thing.
