The upstream project name is gone from code, assets, docs and build
output: brand strings, domains (replypier.site and its app/api/docs/help
subdomains), env prefixes, image and network names, the widget's public
JS API (window.ReplyPier, replypierId/BaseUrl/Config/Token), CSS tokens
(--rp-*), file and directory names, and the WordPress plugin package.
- widget loader is now webclient/replypier.min.js; both bundles rebuilt
from source (backend/assets/widget.{js,css}, frontend/public/webclient)
- NOTICE, llms.txt, CONTRIBUTING, HELP_CENTER_INFRA and config.dev.js
rewritten rather than string-swapped; the demo config no longer ships
the previous vendor's Firebase/Razorpay/Google keys
- new migration replypier_ai_model_001 adds REPLYPIER to the managed
AIModelType and rewrites pre-rename rows
- local compose project, database, role and volume renamed; LOCAL_DEPLOY
documents carrying the old local data over
Keep backups private while publishing build directories as 755 and files as 644. Verify the served entry, JS/CSS and service worker before success. Document cache policy for stable widget and runtime entry URLs.
Add owner-only update controls, a read-only SSH checker and independent systemd deployment services. Build before maintenance; back up code and database; restore on failed deployment. Preserve runtime configuration and gate business writes during the switch.
Rework the product preview section around three real screens captured at
deviceScaleFactor 2 instead of the previous 900 px shots taken at a 75%
browser zoom, which read as blurry.
- capture the conversation workspace, the agent customization page and the
visitor widget, then crop each one to a consistent frame
- drop the tight 480 px widget crop and its leftover gray strip
- restructure the preview section with one lead line and a caption per shot,
and fold the local start-up steps into a shorter quick start
- keep the browser overlay out of the captures and note the method in the
asset manifest
- finish the visible ReplyPier rename (sidebar wordmark, widget footer,
page title, login screen, demo page) so screenshots and UI agree
